LumenTale combat guide
A practical combat hub for elemental coverage, Animon roles, and early team-building decisions.
Known battle formats
Official materials mention 1v1 duels and 4v4 party battles. This makes balanced team planning important: bring damage, support, recovery coverage, and answers to elemental weaknesses.
| Format | What matters | Preparation note |
|---|
| 1v1 duel | Single matchup quality, sustain, and skill timing | Bring a clean answer instead of a generalist only. |
| 4v4 battle | Party roles, coverage, switching pressure, and resource use | Balance damage with utility and recovery support. |
| Online battle | Unknown opponent plans and collection depth | Keep matchup notes separate from story comfort picks. |
Elements and attributes
LumenTale has 13 elemental types and 5 attributes. Elements describe the Animon's type identity, while attributes help describe battle role and emotional grouping. Do not rank an Animon from type alone; verify skills, weaknesses, and real fight behavior.

Team planning checklist
- Cover multiple elements instead of stacking only one damage type.
- Keep a durable option for longer fights and new areas.
- Record skill effects and cooldown behavior before ranking Animon.
- Separate story comfort picks from competitive or optimized team picks.
